Fit Life Health Club’s group fitness classes are a great way to get fit, loose weight and have heaps of fun doing it. With more then 20 fitness classes a week and a schedule ranging from aqua aerobics to Pilate’s, yoga, cycle classes and many more your bound to find a class at a time that fit’s in with your personal schedule.

CYCLE

With a motivating atmosphere and energizing soundtrack, the cycle class is about to kick off. There’s challenging hill climbs and sprints where the variable speed and resistance will have you pushing your strength and fitness to a new level.

FAT BURNER

For a one-hour athletic, high energy, fat stripping, full body sculpting workout this is the class. The ‘fat burner’ combines upper and lower body strength, with cardio to maximize calorie burn. Everyone leaves knowing they’ve worked hard and are gaining results.

PILATES

A great class for stretching and strengthening with a focus on core stability and balance. Perfect for those looking for a low impact, no stress workout.

CIRCUIT

A great way to get your heart pounding and your body in shape. Guaranteed to give you a full body workout with a classic style circuit layout.

BAR

Weight training that is fun! Using adjustable weights, strengthen and tone your entire body with motivating sound tracks and an enthusiastic instructor.

AQUA AEROBICS

A fun low impact workout immersed a 25m heated pool. A great way to get fit, loosen up and make new friends.

STEP AEROBICS

With an adjustable height platform and easy choreography step your way to a firmer lower body and stronger cardio vascular system.
